understanding publishing success

Editorial Focus

The Seybold Report (TSR) is a serious, analytical publication for business and technology decision makers in the publishing industry — whether print-based, online or a combination. This readership also includes decision makers in the marketing and advertising industries, which are the principal customers of the publishing industry. In the context of the needs of these primary readers, TSR is also relevant to decision makers within publishing support companies, particularly printers, agencies, designers and web service providers, as well as all the relevant vendors.

The types of articles found in TSR include technology overview articles, product reviews, trend analysis, implementation strategy perspectives and case studies. Emphasis is on measurable results, not simply anecdotes. The newsletter also includes event coverage, interviews and opinion pieces from qualified experts. TSR does not accept advertising, and as a matter of policy maintains a healthy skepticism of any vendor claims.

The majority of articles in TSR are by highly qualified freelance contributors. Inquiries and article proposals should be addressed to the Seybold Editorial Director at seybold@risiinfo.com.
