With the release of the iPad in Europe and Asia/Pacific, publishers
in Italy, Switzerland, Japan, and Australia have introduced digital
magazine applications created with the WoodWing Digital Magazine Tools,
an extension of the WoodWing Enterprise publishing system. In
Switzerland, the supermarket chain Coop has introduced an iPad version
of its weekly publication. In Italy, Conti Editori has introduced
AutoSprint, a publication about fast cars. Telefono Azzurro, an
association focused on children's rights, has introduce Azzurro Child
Digital. Japanese newspaper giant Mainichi has started a photo magazine
called photoJ. And Australian publisher ACP has published a computer
magazine called APC Magazine.
