In the new report, The Emergence of Digital Mailbox Services: Moving Beyond Online Bill Consolidation in the U.S., Infotrends predicts by 2015 7% of all bills and other transaction documents will be sent to consumers electronically for a total of two billion paperless billing transactions. The report is based on surveys of more than 1,500 consumers and 300 businesses across eight vertical markets and in-depth interviews with 25 leading service bureaus, billers, financial institutions, and digital mailbox service providers. more
