We have undertaken survey because the Seybold Report writers and editors want to know and understand your thoughts about multi-channel publishing. So many companies are pouring precious resources of time and money into publishing content on paper, the Web, on mobile devices including smartphones, tablet PCs, and e-readers. Yet, very little information exists about why publishers are pursuing multi-channel publishing and what they hope to gain and what they fear most about their efforts. So, we would like to hear from you on these topics in order to better serve your information and analysis needs.
