Apple has announced it will enforce the subscription service policy it is using for the Daily, a move that was rumored for several weeks. The policy requires, among other constraints, that publishers offer subscription and purchase options for any of their content in the App store. Apple will retain 30% of any sale a publisher makes in the App store. The Wall Street Journal is reporting the move may raise antitrust issues and result in legal problems for Apple. more
